Description of problem:

NGN is the next rhevh generation which its main difference than the legacy ovirt-node is the persistency: NGN will have a writable file system, it acts and behaves as a plan rhel, installed from a dedicated rpm.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.
