Description Phil Wyett 2016-03-21 16:22:26 UTC
Created attachment 1138654 [details]
spec file diff that allows ardour4 to build on RHEL/CentOS 7.

Description of problem:

If you attempt to build on RHEL/CentOS 7, the build will fail.

Additional info:

CentOS is on the verge of creating a Special Interest Group (SIG) for Audio Production. ardour4 is a package that is a great addition to any audio workstation.

Attached is a patch that allows the package to build on EL7.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

Comment 2 Nils Philippsen 2016-08-01 21:14:20 UTC
Hi Phil, sorry for the late response, I really dropped the ball here.

I've made the changes you proposed with some slight modifications to the master branch in dist-git. Is there anything else you need?

Comment 3 Nils Philippsen 2016-11-09 01:38:38 UTC
I assume not, and will close the bug. Mind that ardour4 is obsolete, ardour5 is the current package.
