Issue does not affect the current Fedora 25 development tree (rawhide) even though the package version of firefox is the same as under Fedora 24. The relevant component is probably part of the GNOME stack, i.e. gtk3.
Issue appears to be fixed by upgrading to xorg-x11-server-1.18.4-1.fc24.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 24 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 2 (two) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 24. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '24'.
