Description of problem:
If you want to remove user from cc list, you have to click the input text of cc list to see the selector after click the edit link. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.2.rh2

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a bug that has cc list
2. Click the cc list edit link
3. Click cc list input text


Actual results:
You have to click the cc list input text to see the cc list

Expected results:
After click edit link, it will show the cc list selector

I don't think we should change this, if you want to add an extra user instead of removing one, far more common IMHO, then giving the drop down focus means you will have to do an extra click for the more common operation.

IMO the reduction on space being used by the new widget outweighs the extra click cost.
