virt-v2v is not required by any component, but it should be available by default on Node.

The ovirt-node-next already provides virt-v2v, moving to ON_QA for testonly.

Test version:
ovirt-node-ng-image-update-placeholder-4.0.0-0.2.alpha1.20160405123556.gitbd184ec.el7.noarch
virt-v2v-1.28.1-1.55.el7.centos.x86_64

Test steps:
1. Install NGN4.0
2. [root@dhcp-10-125 ~]# rpm -qa | grep ovirt-node
ovirt-node-ng-image-update-placeholder-4.0.0-0.2.alpha1.20160405123556.gitbd184ec.el7.noarch

[root@dhcp-10-125 ~]# rpm -qa | grep virt-v2v
virt-v2v-1.28.1-1.55.el7.centos.x86_64

So this issue is fixed on ovirt-node-ng-image-update-placeholder-4.0.0-0.2.alpha1.20160405123556, change the status to VERIFIED.

oVirt 4.0.0 has been released, closing current release.
