I've added my.owndrive.com hosted owncloud account (no email) via goa and went through evolution's wizard with test@test email, None receiving, and sendmail sending options.

When I press F12 to send/receive option there is just stalled dialog shown and nothing more happens. Yes, there is cancel all button but that seems to be doing nothing as well.

Upstream patch is ready. Once the acks are added I'll commit it to sources.
