Description of problem:
Client fails to start due to CLASSPATH problem. Not sure if only runned in Docker.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare an non-build clean environment.
2. Install the problematic package.
3. $ zanata-cli

Actual results:
Error: Could not find or load main class org.zanata.client.ZanataClient

Expected results:
The client outputting help

I have tested with zanata-client-3.8.4 and cannot reproduce the problem
