Description of problem:
[WebAdmin UI] - 'Network Interfaces' under 'Hosts' main tab doesn't look good.

The UI for the host network interfaces sub tab, under the 'Hosts' main tab on master 4.0 looks different from how it used to be on 3.6.
It missing the grid on the whole left side and it's completely white now, while the right side is having a blue grid as used to be on 3.6

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.0.0-0.0.master.20160326171332.git38d74c4.el7.centos

How reproducible:
100

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ovirt 4.0 master from nightly build

Actual results:
Difference in the UI on 4.0 in the Network Interfaces sub tab. Doesn't look good.

It is seems that the network names are no longer aligned to the 'Network Name' column now. As well the IP addresses and the device names are no longer aligned to their Column names.

Expected results:
Should look consistent and nice to the eye.

Additional info:
Please see screenshots attached to see the difference.

Since Yevgeny's ipv6 changes are not merged yet, there were no changes to this subtab between 3.6 and 4.0.
So I don't know what caused the problem, I have to debug it.

Maybe some general ux changes somehow affected this subtab.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.
