Description of problem:

When adding events to be notified of on a user, this text is shown at the bottom:

  Note: To receive email notifications, ensure that the mail server is configured and the ovirt-event-notifier service is running.

The service name is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Users tab
2. Select a user
3. Open the Event Notifier subtab
3. Click on Manage events

Expected results:

Service name is ovirt-engine-notifier, not ovirt-event-notifier.
