Single Quote No Result

Description of problem:
Searching an entity with single quote (e.g : override = 'true') gives no results or throws error : Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong 'override' should be one of 'true, false', but the query was ''true''

Sat 6.2 snap 5.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to any component to scope search the entity.
2. In scope search bar, attempt to search entity such as key = 'value', where value is in single quote.

Actual results:
No results or error is thrown mentioned in description above.

Expected results:
Scoped search with single quotes should work and should give proper results.
