Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.7.9-1 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a 4 node cluster. 2.Configure ganesha on the cluster. 3.Run some basic tests and observe that there is no ganesha.log file under /var/log Actual results: Missing ganesha.log file under /var/log with 3.7.9-1 build. Expected results: Ganesha.log should be present under /var/log/ Additional info: [root@dhcp46-247 log]# pwd /var/log [root@dhcp46-247 log]# ls | grep ganesha ganesha-gfapi.log
Fixed in nfs-ganesha-2.3.1-2.{el6.rhs,el7.rhgs}
Verified this bug with nfs-ganesha-2.3.1-2 build and ganesha.log file is present under /var/log for both RHEL 6 and RHEL 7 RHGS.
