Description of problem:
Bookmarks page (Administer -> Bookmarks) doesn't have a search box, making it hard to find desired bookmark if you have a lot of them created.

Sat6.2 Beta Snap5.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Administer -> Bookmarks

Actual results:
Search box is absent

Expected results:
Search box is present, user is able to filter out bookmarks list.

Searchbox is present, search criteria works correctly.
