Description of problem:
system-config-language's Header "Language Selection" is in English

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-language-3.3.0-3.fc24.norach

How reproducible:
run system-config-language
Note that window header is in English - "Language Selection"


Actual results:
Window header is in English - "Language Selection"

Expected results:
Should be localized


Additional info:
It is fully translated in zanata. Also looks like GUI translation is a bit outdated, please incorporate latest translation from zanata.

Correct translation given both in master and f24-branch

'Help'
There is no such string. I can see '_Help' in both branches instead (with shortcut key), correct translation is given, assuming POs outdated.

Similar issues for Brazilian Portuguese

'Language Selection'
Correct translation given in both master and f24-branch, but it doesn't reflect in the application

Additional info: this package hadn't been fully translated in zanata for branch f24, including string 'Help', but the translation has now been completed. Please incorporate latest translation from zanata.

current status from zanata pull gives me
de.po: 29 translated messages.
es.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
fr.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
it.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
ja.po: 29 translated messages.
ko.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
pt_BR.po: 29 translated messages.
ru.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
zh_CN.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.
zh_TW.po: 18 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.

I am waiting for other translations before building new system-config-language build.

Fixed whichever languages I can myself in rawhide. Sad to see we still have less translators in Fedora.
