Description of problem: Orchestration Templates Summary page : It doesn't display Smart Management in Orchestration Templates summary page. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.5.3.2.20160318152106_92d2d67 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Navigate to Services->catalogs->Orchestration Templates 2.Assign a tag to Orchestration Templates Actual results: Smart Management section is not present in Orchestration Templates Summary Page. Expected results: Smart Management section should be displayed as it is displayed in vm,user etc summary pages. Additional info:
