User management and Group management missing in Home menu.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest ER2 build.
2. Login and check Home menu.


Actual results:
User management and Group management missing in Home menu.

Expected results:
They should be listed in Home menu and work as normal.

Hello, there was a requirement to disable the users and groups management by default on the product build. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1315446

Agree on closing this bug as wont fix? Thanks

BTW, which configuration file can be uncommented to enable it?

Sure np! About the config file, it is present but commented, so you can uncomment it for enabling the feature. It's present on WEB-INF/classes/security-management.properties. Meanwhile let you know that I'm finishing the docs about this this week :)
