Description of problem:
When I open host reinstall dialogue with too narrow window (mobile version), I'm unable to click on radio button to switch from ssh publickey to password authentication (doesn't work the other around either).

The workaround is to widen the window.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put host to maintenance
2. click reinstall button
3. make the window narrower (<1200px or something)
4. try to click on password radio button

Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
authentication is changed to password and password input is visible

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.
