Unfortunately, the string "23 hours ago" will not be translated because it's done via python-humanize [1] which is translated only to Dutch, French, Korean, and Russian. We are thinking about reaching the humanize team and providing them our translations from gnome-abrt but it's a separate task and not for this release cycle.
