Test steps:
1. Following instructions available here to update RHEV-H iso with updated vdsm version:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.5/html/Installation_Guide/sect-Modifying_the_Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization_Hypervisor_ISO.html
2. Run the command:
# edit-node --nogpgcheck --install vdsm --repo ./vdsmrepo/ /usr/share/rhev-hypervisor/rhevh-7.2-20160330.0.el7ev.iso

Test results:
Build successfully

The bug is rhevh test only, using the updated livecd-tools(livecd-tools-20.4-1.6.el7_2.x86_64), the bug is fixed, so change bug status to VERIFIED.
