Description of problem:

Customer requests that registration done using rhel_registration.yaml have the capability to segregate the various overcloud nodes being registered so that depending on the role/profile of the node (controller, compute, ceph) they can use a unique activation key for that role/profile.

This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release.  It is being deferred to OSP 10.
