SSUI - No space between blue filter components

Created attachment 1142312 [details] No space between filters Description of problem: SSUI - When applying more than one filter, there is no space between the blue filter components so it is difficult to tell what filters are applied and how to remove an individual filter. How reproducible: Easy to reproduce through "My Services," "My Requests," or "Service Catalog" Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to My Services 2. Create a filter by Name 3. Create a filter by date:current Actual results: Blue boxes are touching Expected results: Space between the filters.

Nothing happens when filter is applied
Works fine in new build . Verified in 5.6.0.10-rc2.1.20160607103248_d06c141
