Description of problem:
katello-agent status is always shown as 'Not Installed' in Content Hosts UI

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Register/Subscribe a content host, install katello-agent, also run katello-package-upload
2. Check the content host status in UI

Actual results:
katello-agent is shown as not installed

Expected results:
katello-agent should be shown as installed
