remote-viewer keeps only one display after VM reboot and closes all other virtual displays. 

Client is Windows7SP1.

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to VM.
2. Activate 2nd monitor: remote-viewer -> View -> Displays
3. Reboot VM.
4. While VM rebooting second display disappears.

This is also true for fullscreen mode.
