Per this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1324574 about (openshift3/perl-516-rhel7:5.16-35) is re-opened, so change current bug to assigned.

I think we have the fix this time.

Since the perl image bug has been fixed, no issues found for other images. Verifying this bug now.

resolution of ERRATA.
