Description of problem:
After I tried to open a VMRC console to a VM running on vCenter6, I receive an error message in the browser popup:

Asset was not declared to be precompiled in production. Add `Rails.application.config.assets.precompile += %w( vmrc.css )` to `config/initializers/assets.rb` and restart your server [vm_infra/launch_vmware_console]

How reproducible:
Open a VMRC console


Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a VM
2. open VMRC console by clicking the button

Actual results:
