@chpeters this test bug breaks the production automation syncing upstream Pulp and downstream Bugzilla. There is no upstream Pulp bug 1145653 and if there were it would also need to point back to this Bugzilla.

If you want to learn more about how this works or why needsinfo me, but for now I need to remove the Pulp bug reference to keep the syncing working.
