Steps to Reproduce:
1. in The UI edit host -> enable power managament 
2. add power management agent 
3. fill in the data and click on test

Actual results:
In the pop it appears Test failed:

Test failed: <some msg>

Please provide engine logs and VDSM logs of the hosts which was selected as fence proxy.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

Problem is in VDSM fenceNode implementation, moving BZ to VDSM and resolving it
