Description of problem:
[UI] - IP address is not shown for dhcp boot protocol in the edit network dialog.

IP address should be displayed in the edit network dialog for dhcp and static boot protocols(like was in older versions). Currently on 4.0 it no longer shown for dhcp boot protocols.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the edit network dialog(pencil) for the management network in the setup networks dialog. 

Actual results:
IP is not displayed for dhcp boot protocol

Expected results:
IP should be displayed for dhcp boot protocols

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.
