Description of problem:
If a dependency is added to a project and the project is reopened, the dependency is gone.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a project.
2. Create another project and add the first project as dependency. (Open project editor -> Dependencies -> Add)
3. Close project editor.
4. Reopen dependencies list. (Open project editor -> Dependencies)

Actual results:
Dependency is gone.

Expected results:
Dependency is present.
