Description Alexander Todorov 2016-04-12 12:26:46 UTC
Description of problem:

While experimenting with the latest gui tests from the latest git checkout I see that popup windows - like the Quit confirmation or traceback dialog, etc are placed in the top-left corner of the screen, not in the center like it used to be.

This is probably related to recent metacity & gtk changes.

This appears to be fixed by 6144b2276c7298040c080f85ffa83afbe1257c54

Comment 2 Matthias Clasen 2016-04-12 16:35:53 UTC
it should be fixed in gtk3 3.20.3

Comment 3 Jan Kurik 2016-07-26 04:42:09 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

Comment 4 Fedora End Of Life 2017-12-12 10:50:47 UTC
Fedora 25 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2017-12-12. Fedora 25 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.
