The installer now provides a warning message after next is hit on the TreePacksPanel. This was done by adding a emitWarning message in isValidated. Hitting ok on this panel sets isValidated to true, allowing the transition to the next panel and clicking cancel sets it to false, leaving the user on the same panel.  

The string that is referenced by the warning was added in eng.xml with the id TreePacksPanel.warning
