Description of problem: While opening appliance through browser showing an error -->

'Proxy Error 
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /dashboard/maintab/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server'

With ManageIQ logo on browser's tab.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.0-beta1.20160322143549_f7ea680 


How reproducible: Not frequent


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy/Enter appliance IP address in browser (wait form some time)
2.After some time gives error with ManageIQ logo on browser's tab


Actual results: 502 Proxy Server 'Reason: Error reading from remote server'


Expected results: Requested page should be opened and on browser's tab instead of ManageIQ logo Red Hat logo should be shown

Are we still seeing this or was this fall out from running the appliance without enough memory?  Please close as worksforme if you cannot reproduce, thanks!

Requested page is able to open and on browser's tab is not showing any ManageIQ logo.
