In snap 8.1 under Admninister > Users > Email preferences, we have Openscap and OpenScap while the correct spelling is OpenSCAP (based on https://www.open-scap.org/). 

Note that you need to have the OpenSCAP plugin enabled to see the OpenSCAP line in Email preferences
