Description of problem: While opening appliance through browser showing an error " We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." With ManageIQ logo on browser's tab.

How reproducible: Not frequent


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy/Enter appliance IP address in browser (wait form some time)
2.After some time gives error with ManageIQ logo on browser's tab


Actual results: 'We're sorry, but something went wrong.(500)' and 'We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.'

Expected results: Requested page should be opened and on browser's tab instead of ManageIQ logo Red Hat logo should be there

Requested page is able to open and on browser's tab doesn't show ManageIQ logo.
