Description of problem:
New policy classes have appeared in Beta2: "Container Image Compliance Policies" and "Container Image Control Policies". But there is no "Container Image Conditions" in Conditions accordion.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Control->Explorer->Conditions

Actual results:
"Container Image Conditions" node is missing

Expected results:
There should be "Container Image Conditions" node
