fails due to no package

package installation happiness

this bug is basically about reopening ticket #1140255

That provided the 1-line patch to the spec to get it to build:
builds cleanly with this added to %files with an epel7 mock:
%doc %{_docdir}/%{name}

What remains to getting this package in epel7?
