Description of problem:
Post Processing Error when installing via BPM Suite Installer

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install eap 6.4.7. 
2. Install bpms 6.3 ER3 via installer.

Actual results:
Post Processing Error when installing via BPM Suite Installer

Expected results:
No error
