Description of problem:

The string 'Remove' is missing under settings on Deploy -> Rule Deployments page. It shows the copy icon only but the string is missing. Please refer attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0.GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login with pt_BR locale
2. Go to Deploy -> Rule Deployments page
3. click the settings drop-down and observe the options.

Actual results:
The Remove string is missing next to remove icon.

Expected results:
The Remove string should also be present.
