Description of problem:

I have Fedora 23 system registered to Spacewalk 2.4 with subscription to channel with several packages and package groups
dnf is not able to work with these package groups

# dnf group list
does not list groups from Spacewalk channel

# dnf group info 'Group 1'
Warning: Group Group 1 does not exist.

I registered Fedora 21 to the same Spacewalk and yum group list and yum group info works

Fedora 23 has no *comps*xml* for channel from Spacewalk in /var/cache/dnf/..
while Fedora 21 has /var/cache/yum/x86_64/21/bz1229482-9201/comps.xml
so dnf have not even downloaded comps from Spacewalk?

1. rhnreg_ks Fedora 23 to Spacewalk and subsribe it to channel with packages and package groups
2. $ dnf repo list
lists channel from Spacewalk - ok
3. $ dnf group list
does not list package groups from channel from Spacewalk
4. $ dnf group info 'Group 1'
Warning: Group Group 1 does not exist.


Actual results:
dnf ignores groups from Spacewalk channels

Expected results:
dnf group works with Spacewalk channels
