Description of problem:
It's possible to set Statistics Enabled property on eap side (or via admin console) but it's not possible to do that via JON.
Found following resources which are missing this option:
- datasources, both xa and non-xa
- webservices subsystem

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON3.3.5 with eap plugin pack update04 ER01

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to any of previously mentioned resources
2. go to configuration tab


Actual results:
'Statistics enabled' is not displayed but it should because it's valid option for this resource on eap side.

Expected results:
It should be possible to set Statistics enabled: via JON for mentioned resources.

Additional info:
This property is available in JON for e.g. undertow subsystem.
This problem is valid for eap6 as well.
