Description of problem:
When running the engine setup, the env vars are dumped to the log, but there's no easy way to match that to the question key itself, so you end up forced to run the setup interactively in order to get the correct answerfile keys.

If we dump the question key besides the env key when dumping the env, you could match them from the logs, not requiring that extra interactive setup run to get the keys.

"for all code that was changed to use queryEnvKey, we already know the key when asking, so can dump it as well"

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.
