Matt, Can you suggest?
Can someone provide a screenshot of this? I have no idea what text this refers to.

Created attachment 1169134 [details] create cluster mesg
Created attachment 1169135 [details] create clsuter mesg - correct text
Actual text shown: Automatic cluster expansion will be enabled, whenever new disks or host added to this cluster, it will expand automatically. Recommended text from design: Automatic cluster expansion will be enabled. Whenever new disks or hosts are added to this cluster, it will be expanded automatically. Please fix to the Recommended text as the actual implemented text has grammar issues and sentence run-on.
Created attachment 1169870 [details] USM Cluster Expand link If I didn't miss anything, the "automatic expansion" works only for newly attached disks to hosts which are already part of existing cluster. If you want to add completely new host, you have to expand the cluster manually via the "Expand" link in the popup menu (see attachment in this comment). In other words, the text should note something like this: Automatic cluster expansion will be enabled. Whenever new disks are added to the host of this cluster, it will be expanded automatically.
Actually Daniel Horak is correct that Expand is how disks get added for new hosts. For existing hosts in a cluster, it will add automatically. Thus, the wording for the text should be: Automatic cluster expansion will be enabled. Whenever new disks are added to any host of this cluster, it will be expanded automatically.
My problem with adding "By default" at the beginning of this is that it implies that a user can change this setting, which to my understanding they cannot. The intent here was only to inform the user that cluster expansion will be automatic. As for other wordsmithing, the goal is to keep on-screen instructions as concise as possible. I can see where substituting "the cluster" for "it" can clear up some possible ambiguity.
So here, what is the final wording for the text should be ?
Please use: Automatic cluster expansion will be enabled. Whenever new disks are added to any host of this cluster, the cluster will be expanded automatically.
Tested with ceph-ansible-1.0.5-25.el7scon.noarch ceph-installer-1.0.12-4.el7scon.noarch rhscon-ceph-0.0.32-1.el7scon.x86_64 rhscon-core-0.0.33-1.el7scon.x86_64 rhscon-core-selinux-0.0.33-1.el7scon.noarch rhscon-ui-0.0.47-1.el7scon.noarch and it works.
