Description of problem:
Translations on Deploy->Rule Deployments page are missing when logged in with es_ES locale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0 GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to business-central with es_ES locale
2.Navigate to Deploy->Rule Deployments
3.Translations are completely missing on this page.

Actual results:
Translations are missing or not available.

Expected results:
Translations should present.
