Description of problem:
   Can't connect to TLS network
   Reason: 15=4WAY_HANDSHAKE_TIMEOUT

   wpa_supplicant.x86_64     1:2.4-7.fc22     @updates

   Linux E7440.DELL 4.4.6-201.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Mar 30 18:30:16 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux


How reproducible:
   Highly reproducible.

   dnf upgrade wpa_supplicant (to wpa_supplicant.x86_64 1:2.4-7.fc22)
   Can't connect to TLS network

   dnf downgrade wpa_supplicant (to wpa_supplicant.x86_64 1:2.3-3.fc22)
   Connects to the TLS network


Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
   The computer is not able to establish connection with the TLS network (see the attached TLS.connection-FAIL file)

Expected results:
   The computer should be able to establish connection with the TLS network (see the attached TLS.connection-OK file)

Additional info:
   associated network-script (see attached TLS.ifcfg-script)

By the way, this issue has already propagated to fc23. It also fails to establish the TLS network connection.

Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
