Description of problem: Compute menu is missing, leading to inability to add new providers

Actual results: Compute menu is missing


Expected results: Compute menu should be present.

Configuration and Storage are also missing.

If one can remember the URLs represented by the menu items, and navigates via url, the underlying code appears to be working.

Okay.  The compute menu has arrived on 5.6.0.4 and all the links are working correctly.  Moving to Verified using https://10.16.6.70/ems_cloud/show_list
