Configuration and Storage are also missing.

If one can remember the URLs represented by the menu items, and navigates via url, the underlying code appears to be working.

Okay.  The compute menu has arrived on 5.6.0.4 and all the links are working correctly.  Moving to Verified using https://10.16.6.70/ems_cloud/show_list
