Description of problem:
RHBA-2016:0653 - Bug Fix Advisory has been published in Customer Portal.

But the customer with appropriate subscription can not reach these updated packages via yum command.

1. Attached appropriate subscription (rhel-7-server-openstack-8-director-rpms) on rhel7

   i.e.)

   # subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-openstack-8-director-rpms

2. Confirmed the latest package version which is described in RHBA-2016:0653.
