Description of problem:
In selinux-policy distgit repo we have:
policy-RHEL-7.1-flask.patch
policy-rhel-7.3-base.patch

The point is that fixes in policy-RHEL-7.1-flask.patch can be part of policy-rhel-7.3-base.patch. Benefit here is that we will have updated access_vectors file in our gitlab repo.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
