Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to compute->infrastructure->datastores
2.select a datastore and Perform smartstate analysis


Actual results:
Flash message "Datastore "cfme-esx-55-01-local": Error during 'scan': Check that a Host is running and has valid credentials for %{table} [%{name}] with id: [%{id}]" displayed in UI. see attached screenshot

Expected results:
Proper flash message should be displayed
