Description of problem:
Manageiq logo is displayed in the RSS window

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.4-beta2.3.20160421172650_719e256

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cloud Intel ==> RSS
2. Click on any of the RSS feed (say "Administrative Events")
3. Check for the logo in the title

Actual results:
Displays Manageiq logo

Expected results:
Should display appropriate logo or RedHat Shadowman logo

Good to go.  Verified and working fine in 5.6.0.6-beta2.5.20160511140943_ff75fb2
