There is a bug in right shifting big float values. It return NaN instead of an integer (CPAN RT#113943). Let wait for a fixed Math-BigInt > 1.999718.

The CPAN RT#113943 was fixed in 1.999719. But the new release breaks conversion to integer in the way that it damages the original Big::Float object (CPAN RT#113992). I will wait for another releases.
