David, there's a stray /*# sourceMappingURL=bootstrap-select.css.map */ in the sass-generated main.scss which is causing the problem.. So reassigning back to you :).
Ok, this has to be fixed in patternfly-sass. The PR is done, but it will be probably pushed to MIQ when a new release of patternfly is released. https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-sass/pull/116
